What a journey this has been! I have learnt so much from those of you who have written in to share your thoughts and insights about your respective experiences. Latest Update

As you may be aware, almost all of the contents of this blog have been transferred to BENZO-WISE, the new easy-to-navigate benzo recovery website. So far the feedback has been very positive - thank you - and I feel all "grown up" and responsible now that I have my first formal website! :-)

Most of the logs here have been transferred plus it has new information. It is a work in progress as this is my first time setting up a 'proper' website. Updates and new information will be added regularly. It also has a new BLOG. Any feedback and suggestions will be appreciated.
